The Aviator Flight System is the application of our passion for birds and our knowledge of what they need. Every part of the system has been painstakingly designed and constructed to help birds live healthier and happier lives.
We started with a birds’ optimal well-being in mind, and worked backwards to invent products to support it.
We thought about physical factors, like how thin and sensitivea bird’s skin is. We considered what might distract them and what they’d love to peck apart. Those details, and many more, guided us as we selected materials and assembly methods. The result is a conscientious design that lets you be totally confident your bird will be secure and comfortable using the Aviator System.
Since we hand-craft and hand pack every product in our Ohio, USA factory, we know every detail is as it should be, and each finished piece meets our high quality standards.

Hawn and Goldie were not able to get along with my other two chickens that turned out to be young roosters so I had to separate the flock. That’s when I decided to get her a harness and leash. I found The Aviator and loved that it wasn’t made of yarn or big patches of fabric. Being able to easily rotate the leash to her back is a great idea that makes it very easy for a ground bird to move around.
